How do you throw a party 20 years in the making? When it's Nascar you honor the past because Auto Club Speedway is the motorsports reunion you've always wanted to attend.

Concept: Crash Bang Vroom Go!

Inspired by graphic novels, the heroes of Nascar battle it on track with punchy type, eye popping visuals and a some fun onomatopoeia.

Concept: Here Comes the Vroom

Larger than life call to action and a continuation of eye popping onomatopoeia. Here Comes The Vroom pushed the visual boundaries by leaning into old school type, along with modern rendered cars which appealed to youth.

What's faster than fast, what travels at 230mph plus at Auto Club Speedway? You don't have to think fast to imagine that the Indycar series makes an amazing spectacle under the lights. Working with a custom 3D retouching company we created the perfect under the lights key art to capture the atmosphere.

Concept: Nascar By the Numbers

So many numbers and literal stars lined up to make this a memorable Auto Club Speedway concept. By using the driver numbers from the cars we created captivating stories and visuals to showcase the storylines at the track. I can't drive 55 Mr. Sammy Hagar was recruited to film that years spots and we had to Jump at the opportunity to make it memorable.

Concept: It's Go Time ticket mailer
My Role: Art direction, design, production
Ticket renewals are critical for sporting events. Auto Club Speedway challenged us to make a self-mailing package that would cut down on mailing and also include all the paperwork needed in one package. We designed a self-mailing oversized piece that not only saved them money on mailing, but increased renewals for the additional races at the track.
